Bakki Apartments & Hostel has 3 types of accommodation. Here in Eyrarbakki, we have 16 apartments with the comforts of home, 36 hostel dormitory beds perfect for budget travellers.
In addition, we have 2 cabins in the Golden Circle to truly immerse yourself in nature
Apartments
Our bright, modern apartments are perfect for couples, families, and longer stays. Each unit includes a private bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable seating area with a sofa and dining table. Most apartments feature fully equipped kitchens for easy self-catering.
Hostel dormitories
The dormitories/shared rooms have shared kitchens, bathrooms, and lounge area. The dining room has space for up to 30 people. For larger groups, we can arrange group meals at Rauða Húsið restaurant, within walking distance.
Golden Circle cabins
For a real retreat in the Icelandic countryside, we have two cabins or summer houses about 30 minutes away from Eyrarbakki, on the Golden Circle route. A hot tub, stunning views, and a peaceful and secluded setting close to nature.
